Terms and conditions

1. Minimum 200$ per order. Sample available only for the new customer Please provide us with the Company name and seller ID.

2. Your order will ship within 24 hours

- same day shipping if order before 3 pm on business days.

- weekends and holidays order will ship on the next business day.

- Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible. If you do not accept backorders, please indicate this on your order.

3. PAYMENT BY   Credit card / Paypal. If you prefer to pay by check with 30 days credit please fill up application form.

5. We accept order via Email, Text message and Fax only.

6. Returns must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery date invoice number and reasons. No returns are accepted without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’, there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.
